Elizabeth Quan Kiu Vazquez, a freelance writer and adjunct professor at Triton College, frequently finds herself meeting people who want to practice their Spanish with her. The conversations are short and many express their desire to cultivate an ongoing relationship. It’s with this in mind that Elizabeth created The Spanish Talker: one-on-one time dedicated to speaking Spanish.
